Hi, I’m Rochelle Cera, 29 years old, from Antipolo City.
I have over 6 years of experience working in the BPO industry for international accounts and have worked remotely since March 2020.
I handled inbound and outbound calls; I have been a chat and email support; an account moderator, a quality analyst, and a data entry specialist.
I am a fast learner, tech-savvy, and a self-starter who can work well in a team and independently.
