I was in-charge of tracking the career growth of each of my team members and prepare them with skills for bigger responsibilities.

I closely coordinate with the business development team and come up with marketing presentations for all branches in the Philippines and directly report to the department head for any marketing needs. I also provide logistic assistance to officers for their actual branch visits and client calls.
