As a former laboratory technician in a cement plant with experience of almost 7 years in that company and 1 Year & 6 months in the BPO industry and 1 Year of experience in data analysis, I have a unique set of skills that make me an ideal candidate to help clients with their data needs.

My experience in the cement plant has given me a strong foundation in quality control, laboratory procedures, and data analysis techniques. I have experience conducting physical and chemical tests, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This experience has also taught me the importance of attention to detail, accuracy, and clear communication in data analysis.

Transitioning to the BPO industry has allowed me to develop my customer service and communication skills. As a CSR in the food tech industry, I have experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. I understand the importance of providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction, which translates well into the data analysis field, where clear communication and collaboration with clients are crucial.
