We are an e-commerce account. We mainly support store merchants by providing resolution if they have any concerns in running their online store such as building their store, payment gateways, theme customization, sales channels and any related processes in running an online store. We also provide business advice on how they can increase their sales conversion, online store sessions, return customer rates, and other information in helping the merchant grow their business. We support multiple chats and emails. We are required to pass monthly scorecards and tenure assessments in which we are assessed for our knowledge with the account. We strictly adhere to attendance and attend client training.

We cater any customer account related concerns, software and computer compatibility technical support, and also sales which we offer products to the customer depending on their business needs or if there is a need to upgrade to the latest version. We were both chatting and voice support. We also support any business concerns in checking their financials and reports. My second account was a pure customer service where we cater vaccine appointments to the US citizens. We have a scorecard where we need to pass and comply with the necessary case documentation. Attendance was also strictly imposed.
