I always believe that it would not happen to you if it was not destined. I make sure that I always focus on the process to achieve our goals be it personal or professional. I love music! I sing when I am bored, stressed, and especially happy. We support multiple chats and emails. We are required to pass monthly scorecards and tenure assessments in which we are assessed for our knowledge with the account. We strictly adhere to attendance and attend client training.

My second account was a pure customer service where we cater vaccine appointments to the US citizens. We have a scorecard where we need to pass and comply with the necessary case documentation.
