Responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to grow brand presence, engagement, and community. Focuses on creating and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta platforms to drive traffic, leads, and sales, Key responsibilities include:
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop a social media content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
Plan content types (posts, reels, stories, videos, carousels) for engagement and reach.
Content Creation & Curation
Create original graphics, videos, captions, and posts.
Curate relevant content from other sources that aligns with the brand voice.
Community Management
Respond to comments, DMs, and messages promptly.
Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant communities.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions).
Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaigns.
Collaboration
Work with marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media with broader campaigns.
Coordinate influencer collaborations, partnerships, or sponsored content.
Trend Monitoring
Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Campaign Strategy & Planning

Payroll, sales, making checks for the payment to suppliers, creating bills for
utilities and clinic rents of doctors, in charge of emailing suppliers and banks.
In charge of running the entire shift and maintain customer contacts. I
conducted daily briefingand inspection among staff and also responsible for the set-up of the
entire store ensuring 100% total customer satisfaction was met.
