Administrative Assistant III - Senior Bookkeeper

• Check the accuracy and compliance to accounting and auditing rules and regulations of all liquidation of school heads and ensure that the liquidations are complete and in order;
• Maintain and update record of subsidiary ledgers of school head;
• Coordinate with and assist the School Heads regarding liquidation of Cash Advances; and
• Assist School Heads in the utilization of funds

Accounting Clerk

• Conducts interview of loan applicants;
• Process loan applications;
• Acts as custodian of all credit files, jointly and in coordination with the Cashier and the Accountant;
