Asking questions about the problem and explaining possible solutions
Validating their account by asking some verification questions for security purposes
Dealing with common or basic technical issues such as resetting passwords
Assisting user for resetting their MFA via Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID
Using ITIL software to log calls with descriptions of issues, progress and solutions
Escalating calls to a team of 2nd line support analysts if the problem is more complex
Create ticket and document the incident in Servicenow
Provide technical support such as software, hardware or
network problems
Identify and diagnose hardware, software, or network problems
and provide timely resolutions
Install, configure and update software applications, drivers,
operating systems on user devices.
Monitor the network and internet connectivity to ensure
optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Create and manage tickets for IT-related activities and support
using freshdesk
Perform regular maintenance task on servers and VM to ensure
their smooth operation
Set-up and maintain user accounts and access permissions for
various systems and application
Provide technical support to the client via email, phone or in person such as software,
hardware or
