• Maintain personal hygiene and wear required safety gear
• Hand pack and machine pack products per order specifications; check weights and appearance of finished goods.
• Assemble packaging materials, prepare labels, and stack finished products as directed.
• Accurately input customer transaction details into the bank’s system, ensuring proper recording of deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Enter and update customer account information, loan applications, and service requests into internal databases.
• Verify data accuracy by cross-checking system entries with physical transaction slips and receipts.
• Respond to client inquiries.
• Maintain organized electronic records of client requests and correspondence for easy retrieval.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies while handling sensitive information in both system entries and emails.
• To open immediately the Branch and see to it that everything is clean including the LBC logo and signage.
• To properly check and monitor all the materials and supplies and see to it that there’s enough supply in the branch everyday such as receptacles, computer receipts and other accountable forms.
• To accept shipments from customers following the LBC’s standards acceptance rules
