- Assisting Collection staff in POS matters.
- Filing and replenishing report for reimbursement of company expenses.
- Maintain safekeeping of the supplies for both household and office materials.
- Assisting accounting staff for some accounting and admin related works.
- Assisting the HR Director in any HR related works/faucets.
- Conduct initial interview schedules for all job vacancies.
- Organize and filing 201 files of employees from sales staff to managerial positions thru MS Office
- Serving NTE’s (Notice to explain), DA (Disciplinary Action), and receiving IR (Incident Report) from an authority person for employees violating rules and policies of the company.
- Assist the Managing Director in any admin/clerical work and documentations.
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Assisting the Trade Officer in terms of the required documentation for exporting products.
- Doing some reports through MS office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
