Accept and assist bookings through walk-in, calls, emails or text from the clients. Giving the clients the complete details of the transportation once the booking was confirmed.
Tracking all the data of Covid-19 patients whether positive, negative, home quarantine.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
