The incumbent will act as the Unit Head of the Data Management, a sub-unit of the Personnel Management Unit under the Human Resource Management Office. He or she will be responsible in creating, keeping, maintaining and updating of all hardcopy and digital data of hospital employees
1. Respond to Personnel Unit inquiries.
2. Assist in development and implementation of Personnel Unit policies and procedures
3, Droits notices and advisories relating to Personnel Unit policies and guidelines
4. Prepares materials and conducts orientation for newly hired employees regarding Personnel Unit policies and procedures.
5. Assist in overseeing day to day operations of the HR functions and duties (i.e. attendance monitoring, leave administration, payroll and records management
6. Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leave and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
T. Assist in providing necessary documents and information in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.
8. Supervises the maintenance and safekeeping of official Human Resource files, records, and documents
9. Assist in identifying and designing training needs of the Personnel Unit start
10. Contributes to the strategic goals of the Human Resource Management Office.
1. Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
2. Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
3. Bring the books to the trial balance stage
4. Perform partial checks of the posting process
5. Complete tax forms
6. Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
