Marketing and Customer Support Assistant
• Responsible for evaluation of housing loan applications for approval e.g., evaluates the validity of the documents and checks all the necessary details required, encodes and generates Evaluation Sheet, and prepares Notice of Approval. If with deficiency, prepares Notice of Findings addressed to the developer.
• Responsible in monitoring of accounts e.g., receives transmittal of folders from Servicing Unit, encoding the account details to Excel, distribution of folders and updating account status on System
• Prepares Notice of Installment/Amortization to borrowers and developers
• Answers e-mails and calls from clients, colleagues and business people
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
Data Entry Specialist- Administrative Assistant
• Responsible for ordering and managing office supplies, such as paper, pens, and printer cartridges.
