Hi, I am Lanie Mae, and I am excited to introduce myself as a Healthcare Associate Professional with collective experience and a deep passion for healthcare and a strong commitment to patient well being. I worked for 2 years and 2 months for a US based Health insurance account, where I honed my organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a diverse range of tasks efficiently. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality, following medical protocols, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, medical staff, and other stakeholders.

Additionally, I am proficient in Microsoft office. Went through trainings for skills improvement like General Virtual Assistant Training, Root Cause Analysis Training and Coaching and Feedback Training to name a few.
