I have worked as a virtual assistant for one year. I managed Facebook ads, social media accounts, and bookkeeping. But prior to this, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for a major company. 7 years in the business , worked for many telecommunications providers, including Frontier, Comcast, and AT&T. later change careers to become a Financial Specialist with Barclays as a Team Leader, then moving on to American Express to manage Business Clients.
