As an online shopping enthusiast, I spend most of my time online. That's why I decided to make it my profession. 

I'm a Customer Service Specialist, a Graphic Designer, and an Amazon VA all in one. Having accumulated experience as a customer service specialist helped me acquire proficiency in terms of excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and great time management and organizational skills.
