I am Mary Grace M. Ramos, 27 years old and a graduate of Bachelor of Public Administration. I have seven years of combined experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, Collections, and Appointment Setting. I specialize in handling end-to-end recruitment processes, training and development of candidates, employee relations, compensation and benefits. I am also knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, email management, invoicing, collecting payments, providing customer experience and educated about offshore outsourcing.

- Handling high-volume of outbound and inbound phone calls;

- Responsible for keeping track of leave time such as vacation, holidays, and personal or sick days for employees. Duties also include ensuring time sheets are submitted and received by employees on time to issue accurate payroll adjustments;
- Organize and submit reports to both clients and head office.
