Formerly a mechanical engineer, I've switched to being a stay-at-home mom to prioritize my family. The duty of a stay-at-home parent is demanding but rewarding. It calls for persistence, planning, and multitasking skills. Being a parent is a difficult job, but the love and satisfaction it brings are incomparable. It is a selfless gesture of love when the needs of their family and children come first.
I am also a one-man team business owner. I am in charge of the entire operation, including management, bookkeeping, marketing, sales, and customer support. Since no additional personnel are required in this configuration, launching a business with it is a low-cost choice. But the demands of running a business alone can be great, and the owner may find it difficult to keep up with the workload and duties. Soon I'll hire a person to help me with my business. Having staff is essential to running a successful business since it lowers expenses, ensures labor law compliance, and improves efficiency, productivity, and growth.
