As a Branch Operations Head I am responsible for supervising & overseeing the daily operations of branch and
ensuring that policies and procedures are followed.
Processing client’s payments
·Assisted clients with various questions and concerns related to their accounts.
·Doing a daily monitoring of the inventory stocks.
·Doing the daily and monthly report of inventories.
·Receiving Inventory stocks.
·Assuring all supplies are tally and complete on a day-to-day basis
·Transfer supplies to the field officer.
Providing customer service concerns to the subscribers.
·Assisted subscribers with various questions and concerns related to their accounts.
·Processing new application and aftersales concern of the subscribers.
·Answering and giving solutions to subscribers needs.
·Releasing and assisting for subscribers new account or renewal unit
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
