1.) Accurately input patient information into our electronic health record (EHR) system, including demographics, medical history, diagnoses, treatments, and medications.
2.) Review and verify the accuracy of entered data to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal standards.
3.) Scan and upload patient documents, such as insurance cards, medical records, and lab results, into the EHR system.
1.) Assigned in downloading and uploading of patient documents from Naomedical app to ECW.
2.) Ensure that all patient documents uploaded are 100% match, as well as all the patient information are correct and identical from the documents given update if there are any discrepancies upon checking information.
3.) Checking eligibility of insurances in Waystar.
4.) Prepare billing in HRSA and self-pay patients.
1.) Presenting properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
2.) Responsible for leasing/renewal of stores/units, handling all leasing and tenancy matters such as lease negotiations, take over and head over of premises.
3.) Coordinates with Accounting on tenant’s payables
4.) Conducting ocular inspection for new prospective site
5.) Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with the Lessor/s for possible partnership
