I have been working in a BPO for more than 5 years. I have been a customer service representative for a ridesharing app and retail account. For that 5 years, I've learned to be flexible since we always given a new task everday depending on our clients demands. For that, I've honed my skill not just being a customer service support but also doing different line of business they have created to make sure we accomplished the customers concerns.
Furthermore, I have learned that I'm also a teamplayer since we need to share ideas to each and everyone on how we can successfully accomplished a complex task that may occur in the future. As well, sharing our own knowledge on how to get the job done in a timely manner.
Because of those experienced, meeting the deadline and satisfaction of the clients was always been my priority to maintain their trust and have a strong long term business relationship with them.
