I have a degree. I took up a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I am a customer service specialist. I have been working in the hospitality industry and customer service for many years. I have a lot of experience handling clients in person, through email, phone, and chat. I also have experience handling Shopify as a customer support representative for the store's Facebook page. In my many years of working in customer service, I have learned a lot of things, especially when it comes to communication skills, problem-solving skills, handling customer complaints, and multitasking. I am fast, accurate, and dependable. Working in a deadline-intensive environment, I have strong skills in time management, prioritizing tasks, and working with accuracy and speed. I am insightful in basic social media management, data entry, and lead generation using different methods in the Instagram platform.
