• Performing various administrative tasks related to business operations including calendar management, email handling, and scheduling.
• Deliver proposal or pursuit in a timely manner and track the opportunities and ensure accuracy.
• Prepares and presents bidding quotations to clients and processes progress billing documents for ongoing and finished projects.
• Prepares the bill of quantity materials and its cost estimates
