I'm Maegan Lovely M. Borela, but you can simply call me Maegan. At 26 years old, My current place of residence is in Morales Apartment, Barangay Don Jose, Santa Rosa City, Laguna. Alongside my daily tasks, I take pride in being a mom to my 6-year-old son, who's currently in Grade 1.
I earned a Bachelor of Elementary Education degree and initially worked as a Korean language tutor for a few months, but the low salary prompted me to seek better opportunities. Despite my initial hesitation and limited English-speaking skills, I persevered and, after three attempts, secured my first job in the BPO industry. I am immensely grateful to my first BPO company, where I served as a customer service representative, a truly fulfilling role as I could assist numerous individuals over the phone. Over the years, I advanced to become a Customer Service Specialist, handling a wide range of customer concerns. Coaching sessions with my supervisor and insights from my colleagues played a pivotal role in my personal and professional growth.
Shifting careers marked a major milestone in my life, particularly as a mother to a 6-year-old, as I aimed to strike a balance between work and personal life. I thrive when faced with challenges and possess an enduring passion for acquiring new knowledge.
