● Provide introductory information to new customers
● Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services
● Follow up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases

• Give out daily report of number of captured registrants to Registration Officer III
• Perform basic troubleshooting and technical reports and issues to Officer III
• Maintain the defined operating standards as mandated by the PSA
• Will serve as a data capture operator for Fixed Registration Centers and Mobile Registration Centers
• Keep and manage assigned registration stations and kits; and
• inquire about a variety of specific information including a person’s name, age, religious preference, address and state of residency; gather, record and encode information from a survey
- Collecting data through surveys and interviews (to be interviewed in their own home or office in person)
- Explaining the purpose and importance of the data collection to respondents, ensuring their understanding and cooperation.
-Must maintain confidentiality and privacy standards, ensuring that respondents' personal information is protected.
- Reviewing and verifying the accuracy and completeness of the collected data. This may involve data entry, coding, or organizing the data for further analysis.
