I graduated last 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Office Administration. I started my career as a chat support Customer Service Representative for an International base company. I have always seen myself as a problem-solver and despite not having any direct experience in this field, I attended courses and training to supply myself with knowledge and experience, and have eventually become a valuable asset in our company. I was able to prove myself effective in achieving business goals while also achieving my personal goals. Furthermore, I have learned how to handle customers and build rapport with them, and have established strategies and executed them accordingly. Currently, I am in pursuit of a greater opportunity in this industry where I can expand my knowledge, expertise, and experience earned during my stint as a Customer Service Representative. My other skills include data analysis and campaign creation to help clients hit their business goals. In the future, I hope to eventually move up the ladder and bring value to my future team where I can help the company create strategies and drive success.
