I've been working as a Sales Verifier/quality analyst at metro bank card Corp. 1year and 7months as a quality analyst agent and the remaining months promoted as a quality analyst team leader. as a team leader I Provide technical guidance to new team members, assisting them in their trainings and programs, Manage the flow of day-to-day operations, Validate the accuracy of all submitted turn-ins by matching IDS and sign-up forms, communicate clear instructions to team members, develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal.im a very resilient person when it comes to un expected situations and environment.
