- Handle all four major services offered by the company. Namely television, internet, home phone, and mobility account.
- Determine Changes for services requested, collect deposits, payments, or arrangements for billing.

- Provide quality, engaging, and knowledgeable content for social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and more depending on the clients' needs.
- Manage social media accounts of various clients both B2B and Small businesses.
