I am a passionate customer service professional with strong phone handling skills, email communications, ability to adapt to different personalities or pacing, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and proven ability to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. I have over 10 years’ experience in the customer service field.
I also have experience with Real Estate property management. I started as an Admin and got promoted to the Resident Service Manager position. In this role, I have helped clients to promote tenant's retention and satisfaction, administrative works, and assists escalated concerns. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, CRM for real estate Business, data management, and email handling on behalf of my employer.
With data entry works, I take pride in completing tasks with a high level of professionalism and accuracy. As an individual with high attention to detail, I thrive in environments that provide continuing challenges and tasks. I am very keen on deadlines and I made sure to deliver what is asked prior to deadlines.
I also helped clients with branding, social media posts, creating noise with social media to increase followers and engagements. As a social media manager, I made sure to be updated on the clients' current KPIs. I am proficient with organic and paid advertising.

- Process customer requests (sales, provisioning, activations, faults, or billing) in an accurate and timely manner.
- Refer customer inquiries to appropriate are when necessary. Check and maintain customer information in accordance with contracts and prescribed instructions. And,
- Meet prescribed customer service standards and performance objectives.
- Manage relocation requests for phone and internet service from start to finish.
