I have been a transcriptionist for over 2 years and I am very passionate about it. I have worked with a variety of clients, including real estate agents, doctors, lawyers, and more. I have a strong background in the medical field but have also transcribed many legal depositions as well as contracts.

As a Shopify Virtual Assistant, I am responsible for providing customer service to customers who have purchased products on the website. I answer questions regarding order status, shipping and returns, and product information. In addition to responding to customer inquiries, I also manage the company's social media accounts and draft blog content.

It’s very satisfying when a customer is able to start using our product without trouble after working with me.
