I’m Lannie Fhel Dahunan, a 26-year-old from Dipolog, Philippines. Over the years, I’ve built experience in customer service, lab assistance, and data entry. I assist with answering questions, resolving issues, maintaining inventories, preparing lab equipment, and ensuring accurate records of experiments and findings. I also help with setting up materials and performing basic tests to support daily operations.

I recently completed training in Appointment Setting, which improved my skills in scheduling, meeting coordination, and managing client interactions. Additionally, I finished General Virtual Assistant training, equipping me with skills to handle administrative tasks such as email management, calendar organization, customer support, and social media.
