PASSENGER SERVICE AGENT
A passenger service agent provides general support to passengers for an airline in an airport or other types of transportation hubs, such as a cruise terminal or railway station. Your job duties include assisting ticketed passengers during check-in, helping them check luggage and print boarding passes, and ensuring that they have proper documentation to board the plane or ship. Airlines also station passenger service agents at each gate before and during boarding. Your duties in these positions include answering passenger questions, assigning seats, and scanning boarding passes. You can also help passengers re-book after delays or cancellations.
ENUMERATOR & MANUAL PROCESSOR
-Enumerator is responsible for recording the housing units and residents in a specific geographic area. As an enumerator you are expected to: Know who should be counted as residents. Know how to canvass an area. Correct mapping errors. Know how to fill out the Field Enumeration Sheets. Work conscientiously. Be neat and courteous. Report to your supervisor daily. Keep the information confidential. Manual Processor involves the receipt and control, checking for completeness, and verification of correctness of the geographic identification (Geo-ID) and household/institutional ID of the accomplished questionnaires and maps; checking for clarity, legibility, and completeness of entries in the questionnaires .
FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE
-Performing all check-in and check-out tasks. Managing online and phone reservations. Informing customers about payment methods and verifying their credit card data. Providing information about rooms, rates and amenities.
