Handles the safekeeping and monitoring of vital bank documents, such as original loan documents and securities. Responsibilities include receiving, filing, and performing physical inventories of these documents, ensuring they are correctly and timely returned to their owners, and coordinating with internal departments for document management.
Handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products and services, and managing of account portfolio to achieve sales targets. Process the opening of new peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements, roll-over/renewal, termination, and payment of matured placements. Ensure on-time and accurate service delivery in compliance with the service standards of the Bank.
