-Do inbound calls to assist members with queries about their accounts and utilize the app to track their funds.
-Uses Zendesk to document the process given to the member and to notate essential details of the conversation.
-Makes sure that the members are satisfied with the service provided.
- Answers inbound calls to assist and answer customers' queries regarding shipping and deliveries of parcel
- Investigate and do refunds for lost packages.
