Researching:
-Use different tools to conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends within the e-commerce and POD industry.
-Analyze competitors’ products and strategies to stay competitive.
-Gather customer feedback and preferences to inform product development and improvements.
Product Listing:
-Create compelling and SEO-optimized product listings on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Etsy, Shopify).
-Write detailed product descriptions, including key features, benefits, and usage instructions.
-Manage product images, ensuring they are high quality and accurately represent the product.
-Monitor and update product listings to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Order Customer Service:
-Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders.
-Manage customer feedback and reviews, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, shipping information, and product details.

Order Processing:
