I’ve been a Customer Service Representative for 6 years (phone and email) and I believe that my skills, expertise, and dedication make me a strong candidate for this role.

Throughout my career as a Customer Service Representative, I have developed exceptional communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. I have dealt with diverse customer inquiries, providing prompt and efficient resolutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism. This experience has allowed me to refine my active listening skills, ensuring that I fully understand the needs and concerns of customers.

Furthermore, I was a Subject Matter Expert for 3 years in one of best BPO companies in the Philippines. It is our responsibility as SME's to impart to our agents our knowledge and expertise about a given product or service. I was also able to train recently hired staff. In addition, I updated my agent's performance score trackers and timetables using Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, among other administrative tasks. With several years of experience in this industry, I have developed a strong background in customer satisfaction, agent development and complicated problem resolution.
