As a General Accounting Analyst my job is to provide an end to end process to clients. I am responsible for managing financial records, preparing monthly journal entries, conducting account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Additionally Ive been training entry-levels and reviewing their daily deliverables and monthly tasks. Moreover, I am able to facilitate monthly meetings with clients regarding the work-done by our team, and risks and issues that occur within our monthly reconciliations. I also, give my all-out support to our team’s automation projects so that it will be utilized in the future reconciliations. Furthermore, The platforms that I have been using in order to accomplish my tasks was SAP Erp its a software where I can obtain cash activities and post journal entries. Also Ive been using microsoft applications, mostly excel so I’m knowledgeable in Spreadsheets, Pivot Table, Sumif, and vlookup.
In this role, I’m responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and resolving their issues to ensure that they have an exceptional experience with our products and services. I have the ability to communicate effectively, provide product information and assist them to process their orders, or return of a product. This way Im able to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
