Greetings, my name is Justine Meg Sese and I am a resident of San Rafael, Bulacan. I am a 31-year-old professional with extensive experience in the customer service industry. I hold an undergraduate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. For over a year and a month, I had the opportunity to work as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance Edsa. During my tenure, I handled a healthcare account catering to individuals residing in the United States. My responsibilities involved addressing member inquiries and resolving any complaints they may have had. Additionally, I provided detailed information about various products and services and guided members in processing their prescriptions at their nearest pharmacy. Furthermore, I facilitated payments over the phone and occasionally helped members schedule appointments with their healthcare providers.
