I have handled 3 accounts for this company. First, is a live tv streaming application. I assist customers with changing their package, looking for the show, movie and pay-per-view that they wanted to watch. I also assist them with troubleshooting if the application is not working on their television, cellphones, tablets, computers and streaming devices. Second, I was transferred to a telco account. Then after a few months, I was promoted as a Global Expert on another brand of telco. I assist customers with getting the right postpaid plan for their mobile device. I also help them activate the service on their phone and do troubleshooting. After I got promoted, I usually handled supervisor calls from the agents if the customers were asking for it.
