Hello, I am Joy Bautista 25 years old. I graduated at General Santos Academy with a degree Bachelor of Science Major in Financial Management. Recently, I resigned on my job as Human Resource Generalist in one of big marketing company here in Mindanao, Philippines. It was a tough decision, but I need to choose between my job and my 4-month-old son. I had a hard time traveling from home to work and vice versa since my husband can no longer drop me off to work because he's the one already taking care of the baby, so I spent almost 13 hours working and traveling. That's why I'm here because I want to be a full-time mom and have a full-time work from home job.
During my employment on my previous job, it taught me to be eager, patient and learn to control my emotions in a very professional way. Eager to learn more and to improve myself. Be patient in all kinds of situation because working in HR Industry your patience will be test to the highest point. I was awarded monthly as an employee of the month for being an early bird for having no lates. I believed I will be more productive if I arrived earlier at the office. That's how time management is important to me. I also earned respect from all employees including managers and supervisors because I was really approachable, friendly and I set myself as a role model employee to them. As I left the company my boss seemed noticeably sad and been asking if I could stay a little bit more. I love my job and I'm going to miss it and the people, but I need to find a job where I can earn much higher and provide my family's needs.
