As soon as opportunity knocks at my door, I grabbed it so I applied as Customer Service Representative while studying without prior knowledge how the BPO industry works for me to develop my Communication Skills. Human Resources Assistant
I am responsible for sweeping 7-10 requisition jobs that has 50 to 200 candidates per requisition job ensuring that they have I-9 form in the system and complete it within the timeframe provided. Also, validating the information they fill with the documents they uploaded and sending them emails for the follow ups. Further, I oversee other side tasks to take the candidates and employees Day 1 photo for their Employee Post- requirements.
Customer Service Representative
I manage to have 3 to 5 chats from the customers and doing check-ups to their accounts while promoting the best way to maximize the plan and services they have. I am responsible for providing an excellent customer service and displaying empathy while assisting to their various and complex concerns and inquiries.
Recruitment Intern
As a recruitment intern, I am responsible to do 60 jobs posting to a different Facebook group for the Financial Advisor position and for the next batches of Intern. In addition, I look for a prospect Financial Advisor in LinkedIn and Facebook through personally messaging them. I am also tasked to review and scan 5 resumes for the Intern position per day and conduct initial interview to the Intern applicants. Further, it is my responsible also to invite people for them to see the benefits of being a Financial Advisor. Before the internship ended, I was able to present to them 1-2 people who were interested Financial Advisor position.
Account Associate
As an Account Associate, I am responsible to answer 50-60 calls per day and providing the best customer service. I am able to hit the target NPS and AHT through effective communications and problem- solving. At the end of the month, I was able to get 30% NPS for the end of the month for displaying good customer service and empathy to the customers and was able to resolve their complex concerns with extra mile and sending them email for their future reference and talking points.
Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, I am responsible for calling the customers outbound to give them the follow ups for their orders and leaving them updates about it. I oversee their account if the refund has been made for the transactions they want to cancel. In addition, I assist customers to place their orders on the website and provide a recommendation for the ongoing promotion for the specific occasion.
