I produce content for social media platforms ranging from Instagram and Facebook. I focus on how to create compelling visual content that resonates with audiences.
I was in charge of organic posting on a regular basis and handle the Facebook pages by managing all posts and answering questions or concerns of customers. Engagement with the target audience was my strategy to increase the number of likes and followers on the page.
I have been working in customer service for 1 year. I have a background in sales, which makes me more inclined to approach customers with the right tone. I was able to solve issues with customers on the spot, which made them very happy. I can also take down their recommendations and give them suggestions regarding a solution to their needs.
Creating content in alignment with the business brand, daily posting to social media platforms, up date content calendar and engaged to potential customers through groups.
Creates engaging videos through Canva, VN and Capcut to level up social media content.
Creates high quality websites through Wordpress, Elementor and Wix.
I have generated Email Marketing through Wix but I can also use other Email Marketing Platforms such as Mailchimp.
