• Responsible for providing necessary functional input in my assigned area respective to our system that we are using in the Company.
• Manage the department documents and records. Maintain the confidentiality of the records in the Company.
• Comply with Software, Hardware and Operating system requirements.
• Create/maintain of the database and related network devices.
• Customize programs and reports.
• Ongoing responsibility for database backups.
• Respond to user questions and explain the operation of our system applications and related queries.
• Assist in the maintenance of standards and documentation.

• Manage files and other records in an office. Keeping files in order and using a filing system for easy storage.
• Responsible for incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
• Taking notes from a manager, preparing a memo or letter and screening mails.
• Office Tasks – Cancelling or rescheduling appointments, ordering Office supplies, taking notes during monthly meeting of the agent and employees.
• At the end of the day, I made Cash Count for the today’s collection and put it in a vault, and deposit to the bank.
• File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
• Undertake occasional Receptionist, Cashier, Disburser and Typist duties.
• Compile date and prepare report.
• Fulfill other secretarial duties.
• Arranging all the things and seeing to it that it is clean and ready to accommodate all the guests.
