For nine years, I develop my skills in the fast-paced world of hospitality, seamlessly transitioning between front desk operations and back-of-house responsibilities. During this time, I cultivated a deep understanding of guest relations, time management, and multitasking while maintaining a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Whether greeting guests with a warm smile at the front desk or coordinating behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations, I consistently exceeded expectations and contributed to the success of my team.
Building on my foundation in hospitality, I spent three years in the dynamic environment of the BPO industry. Here, I further developed my communication skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities while providing exceptional customer service and support to clients across various sectors. Through my role in the BPO sector, I gained invaluable experience in managing diverse client needs, navigating complex inquiries, and delivering tailored solutions with efficiency and professionalism.

Engage in a high-volume of outbound calls, reaching out to over 40 clients per day to inform and remind their about their file submission.
Use strategic questioning techniques to qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target organizations, ensuring that efforts are focused on prospects with genuine interest and potential for conversion.
Navigate objections and concerns raised by prospects with confidence and professionalism, employing persuasive communication skills to address their hesitations and move the conversation forward.
Document all interactions, lead details, and outcomes accurately and comprehensively in the CRM system, ensuring that data integrity is maintained and follow-up activities are prioritized effectively.
Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service
problems.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting
information about other products and services.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the
cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting
correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information
and analyzing customer needs.
Scheduling appointment for customer medications/vaccines to their local clinics/hospital
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Assist customer request through Zendesk Email/Chat
Scheduling auditors for customer manufacturing building audits
Gather auditor's information and contact to communicate and discuss schedules
Guide customer's to complete their permits and assessment for their company
Process payments and provide them invoice from clients data base
Basic troubleshooting for their accounts
Communicate effectively with the customer and making sure all their concerns are addressed properly and accurately
Handle incoming calls
Response to guest email with their inquiry or reservation through outlook
Records and enter all reservation into the Property Management System
Communicate effectively with other members of the staff and maintain a professional attitude even in the face of challenges
Manage and Schedule wake up calls
Route customers to appropriate places within the hotel
Run daily audit through PMS every night
Making sure that PII eg., credit cards are enter properly in PMS
Prepare invoice for guest
Initiate contact with the customer/clients via phone to discuss and settle overdue payments and
resolve outstanding balance
Analyze customers' financial situations to identify root causes of delinquency and recommend
appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and credit risk, to resolve complex
customer issues effectively.
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, productivity, and collection goals.
