As a Document Controller, I will be responsible for managing and organizing company
documents in both electronic and physical formats. I will ensure that all documents are
accurately recorded, filed, and archived according to company procedures and industry
standards.
As an Administrative Assistant, I will provide support to various departments within the
organization by performing a wide range of administrative tasks. My role will involve assisting
with office operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling
correspondence.
Preparing and implementing archiving system for documents, Maintaining and updating filing
system, Keep tract of the incoming bus stocks/part, responsible of distribution of documents to
concern person, Office Clerk duties such us but not limited to filing, faxing, emailing and
distribution of documents to different departments.
