I'm Jonalee Abad, an HR Professional currently working as an HR Generalist in a Telecommunication Company. I handle various HR functions, including payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, labor law compliance, recruitment, and other administrative tasks.
Aside from my role as an HR Generalist, I'm eager to explore and learn more about the VA industry. I'm currently seeking part-time opportunities, but I'm also open to full-time roles due to the convenience of working from home, which allows for more family time. I have previous experience as a VA, though it was brief, and I have a strong interest in technology and staying up-to-date with trends.
