As a Appointment Setter/ Real estate Cold caller, i need to:
-Provide/Generate leads through phone calls, social media and emails.
-Research. track , maintain and update leads
-Contact prospects to qualify leads
-Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
-Provide accurate and timely information to management
As a Customer Service Representative in Airline account, I need to:
-Provide information to the customer who are asking/inquiring about the price of
the ticket of each and every airline that we are supporting
-Place customer reservation in the computer system
-Manage customer complaints and resolve as much as possible
-Provide assistance who are checkin-in , rebooking a flight and checking in baggages.
As a Technical Support in Telecommunication Account, I need to:
-Provide first level inbound telephone support for customers by troubleshooting,
investigating and resolving questions and challenges that our customers have.
-Recommend solutions to customers questions which may require follow-up or
escalation to a higher level of expertise.
-Handle situations which require adaptation of response or research according to
unique customer situations.
-Resolved billing questions and provide disputes
As Customer Service Representative in Health Care Account, I need to:
-Provide a professional manner to each and every clients/customers that are calling
us.
-Grant pre-authorization for medical treatment , if covered.
-Provide extant and prospective members with the details of network providers.
-Advise our current and prospective members about the most suitable plans based
on their needs.
-Canceling members' plans upon their request , or due to recurrent non-payment.
As a Web Advisor/Technical Support i need to:
-Create a positive customer experience by resolving billing discrepancies, account complaints, troubleshooting technical issues such as (HTTP 404 , 403 Forbidden ,
503 Service Unavailable ,400 Bad Request And 502 Service Temporarily Overloaded) and answering their questions.
-Have an ability to deliver stellar customer service while troubleshooting a technical support call
