You can call me "Derick". I'm 30 years old and living in Manila, Philippines.
I'm working with BuddyBoss, a WordPress social community platform/App plugin. I have experience as a Customer/Technical Support Representative. I've assisted clients from different countries, such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. I also recently attended a General Virtual Assistant seminar, which boosted my knowledge in this field.
I know phone systems like Avaya and Jira. I'm also knowledgeable on Postman, Lambdatest, and Atlassian. I know HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator for designing. The applications that I’m familiar with are Google Applications (Word/Excel), Visual Studio Code (Source code editor), Sublime Text 3 (Source code editor), Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 (IDE), Adobe Photoshop CC, and Adobe Illustrator CC.
In my free time, I like to read books and play sports especially playing and watching basketball. I also love playing computer games like Dota, Dota2, and other mobile games. Almost every day I do my morning runs (around 5kms a day) and go to the gym afterward.

Responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of the BuddyBoss App by
creating test cases via excel, and identifying them on WordPress/Postman, and reporting bugs using Atlassian and Jira.
I also handled customers' inquiries via chat and email about the products, issues with their website, and our services.
Assigned to handle iiNet's customers's issues with their FTTN, FTTP, FTTC, and HFC services.
After 6 months, I was assigned as a senior floor walker to help and answer questions of new hire employees. I was assigned to take escalated calls.
Responsible for assessing the credit approval of British Telecom customers regarding their mobile application.
Handles billing inquiries, phishing emails, disputes, claims, and technical problems of PayPal customers on their online purchases.
Responsible for receiving calls regarding Globe customers' Internet and Mobile problems and creating Job Order for onsite technician visits.
I'm a self-taught graphic designer. I use Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.

Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
