I’m John Albert L. Lao, a 20 years old individual and a residence of Ibo, Lapu- Lapu City, Cebu. I currently am working as a Real Time Analyst at a BPO company and was a subject-matter-expert right before I got promoted as a Real Time /Workforce. I graduated Senior High School at University of Cebu Lapu-apu and Mandaue Campus. I spend most of my time other than working at the gym and reading books to boost and improve self-development, physically and mentally.
