Order fulfillment for a US-based shoe retail company that ships products worldwide. Task includes email management for customer inquiry, order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds. Tools we use are Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, QuickBooks, and return applications like Returnly for the US, Return Magic for Canada and Clicksit for the UK returns.
Receiving calls from customers for different companies: Plumbing, HVAC, Medical Facilities, Property Management, Elevator Repair companies, Gas Companies, etc. Then sending emails and calling the office to dispatch the requests.
Receiving calls from doctors' offices regarding patient data verification and order/re-order of medical supplies. And also calls from patients to reorder and confirm their shipments. Sending emails regarding tracking information. Also double-checking with other departments such as billing, insurance verification, and prior authorization teams regarding the status of the patient's order.
Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via phone and email. Communicate technical terms in a non-technical format that the customers can understand for troubleshooting purposes. Receiving inbound calls regarding faulty devices that need troubleshooting: diagnose and configure customer equipment. Sending password resets to customers who can't access their accounts and also helping in creating, deleting, or updating customer accounts and processing refunds when needed.
