• Responsible for uploading fabric labdip status in Flex PLM
• Responsible for communicating with adidas GMQ for releasing LCS in MLM system for VM items
• Responsible for arranging strike-off submit to customer for approval
• Responsible for handling fabric item development and serves as the main contact window for CCMD, GMQ, T1 and LO
• Responsible in facilitating testing of fabrics using third party certified textile lab
• Responsible for reviewing fabric test reports if aligned and in compliance with adidas A-01 policy and Mandatory Test Charts (MTC)
• Responsible for clear and accurate information of artwork and color for print reference
• Responsible for ensuring prints meet customer requirement and works directly with Graphic Development Head to check strike-off submits are reviewed before sending
• Responsible for handling prototype orders from T1 (P1, P2, Presell, SMS)
• Responsible in efficient and effective negotiation with the customer/supplier regarding issues that need to be resolved
• Responsible for assisting Merchandising Manager/Supervisor in settling issues during development process
• Responsible for assisting Adidas LO/TS during sample audit and inspection
• Responsible for handling styles and serving as the main contact window for External (CCDA, CCMD/MDI, Purchaser, T2, T3/Subcon) and Internal (Technical Center/CFTs, Pattern, Cutting Department, Warehouse, Sample Room)
• Responsible to facilitate in the process of development of samples (Adidas) as requested by customer
• Responsible for the accuracy of all data for factory’s reference
• Responsible for complete and on time reports
• Responsible for clear and accurate instructions of styles before bulk production
• Responsible for on time issuance of documents for bulk production
• Responsible for AD/BOM and sample clarifications and revisions to eliminate confusions before bulk production
• Responsible for the accuracy and timelines of monitoring the cutting and loading of samples
• Responsible for checking teams excel report summary such as (Heat Transfer, BOM, Garment Washing Reports)
• Responsible for ensuring material labdip and lifecycle approvals are met prior to Buy Ready
• Responsible for chasing on-time Sealing Sample and Size Set Sample approvals
• Responsible for properly discussing with Sample Maker, Consumption, Costing, CFT/QC, Pattern, GSD/IE and Mechanic Staff for the construction and workmanship of the sample
• Responsible to ensure all customer/buyer requirements and specifications are met
• Responsible for coordinating and following up status with factories for Presell and SMS sample orders to meet customer’s requested delivery within designated time frame
• Responsible in efficient and effective negotiation with the customer/supplier regarding issues that need to be resolved
• Follow up documents, samples and pattern (for development, bulk Production and size set samples)
• Study sample constructions for development and bulk production reference
• Conduct pre-production meeting in factory before bulk production together with Factory Manager, Production Manager, QA manager, Certified Factory Auditor and also people who are responsible to produce the good quality in production
• Filings Articles of Description and other important documents
